The illustrations started out as india ink drawings and doodles that I composed together to make each month's illustration. Most of the imagery is floral and organic which is really nice to look at when your stuck inside all day. The process of screen printing lets the ink sit above of the paper giving the finished product a much more tactile feel. Each month has 2 colors that are hand silkscreened. The colors are also more brilliant than what can be achieved on a commercial printer
